National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter – NCCP) on May 30, Monday, announced new prices for electricity network services and the public prices of electricity, which will apply for the second half of 2016.
ESO recounted the public electricity prices after the NCCP on May 23, 2016 lowered the public interest obligations (VIAP), systemic services, electricity market prices and the price cap of public electricity price.
As of 1 July 2016, electricity prices for private customer will decrease on average by 5.4 %.
The rates for the network service for business customers supplied electricity from medium voltage networks will decrease about 3.6 %, and for those supplied electricity from the low voltage networks - will drop by 3.3 % for the second half of 2016.
New electricity distribution service and public electricity prices will take effect as of 1 July, 2016 and can be found on www.eso.lt website.
