Nordecon AS signed a contract with Liven Kinnisvara for the construction works of the second stage of Virbi 10 Central Residence – a 16-storey apartment house in Lasnamäe district, Tallinn. On the first floor of the building the office spaces will be located with 75 apartments on the floors above.
The value of the works is 6.5 million euros, including VAT. The construction works will be completed in October 2017.
