Change in the number of shares and votes in BE Group AB

BE Group AB today announced that the company’s total number of shares and votes
as per 31 May 2016 amounts to 13,010,124. The decrease of the number of shares
and votes is due to the reverse share split of the company’s shares (reverse
share split 1:20) resolved at the Annual General Meeting of BE Group AB on 28
April 2016.
