The board of NCC resolved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 12, 2016 to distribute the shares in Bonava AB (former NCC Housing) to the shareholders of NCC. For each share of series B in NCC shareholders will receive one share of series B in Bonava (1:1). The Ex-date is June 3, 2016. Expected first day of trading in shares of Bonava on Nasdaq Stockholm is June 9, 2016.
Nasdaq Global Index Group will act and adjust NCC B in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” version 2.2., Section 5.8.1, Fixed price method.
