Heine Dalsgaard joins as Carlsberg Group CFO and member of the Supervisory Board of Carlsberg Breweries A/S with effect as of 1 June 2016.
Jan Thieme Rasmussen, who served as interim member of the Executive Board for formal reasons, will step down from the Executive Board but will otherwise continue his current role unchanged.
