AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” announces that on June 2, 2016 it has received a notification of the Klaipeda’s State Seaport Authority regarding the granting of the first place to the group of entities AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” and UAB “Borta” (hereinafter – Group of entities), that acting based on the cooperation agreement, in the procurement “Object “Dredging of Malkų Bay down to 14,5 m, including the Installation of the Seawall – the Reconstruction of the Quay at Malkų Bay Botanical Reserve and the Part of the Coastal Protection Structure of Quay No 145 in Perkelos Str. 10, Klaipeda” Construction Works”, organised by the Klaipeda’s State Seaport Authority (hereinafter – the Procurement).
The Procurement's offer price of the Group of entities (AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” – a responsible partner) is admitted as the lowest and amounts in 11,73 million euros, including value added tax. The part of works to be performed by AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” as the responsible partner amounts to 93%.
The Procurement agreement with the Group of entities will be signed not earlier than 15 (fifteen) days after the notification of the decision to award an agreement is sent, i.e. from June 17, 2016.
Information about the essential provisions of the agreement shall be provided after the conclusion of the Procurement agreement.
