ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 1O OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Varikot Oy (business ID 2473422-8), Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen, Sirpa Kotilainen,  Aleksi Kotilainen and Mira Kotilainen have according to chapter 9, section 5, of the Securities Markets Act disclosed to Scanfil plc (business ID 2422742-9) that on 3 June 2016 voting right in Varikot Oy has changed. Based on the agreement between stakeholders, the voting right in Varikot Oy is used together by Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen (25%), Sirpa Kotilainen (25%), Aleksi Kotilainen (25%) and Mira Kotilainen (25 %). Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen, Sirpa Kotilainen, Aleksi Kotilainen and Mira Kotilainen also own shares of Scanfil plc personally. Share of ownerships and percentages of the shares of Scanfil plc are: 

Varikot Oy: 7,606,442; 11.99% of shares
Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen: 11,000 shares; 0.02% of shares
Sirpa Kotilainen: 11,000 shares; 0.02% of shares
Aleksi Kotilainen: 40,000 shares; 0.06% of shares

Mira Kotilainen: 10,000 shares; 0.02% of shares.
