No. 31 2016 Share buy-back in Solar A/S


On 23 November 2015, Solar launched a share buy-back programme which will end by 30 June 2016. The share buy-back is limited to DKK 70 million. The programme is structured by the “Safe Harbour” provisions in EU’s regulation no. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003.

Since the publication of announcement no. 19 2015 on 23 November 2015, the following transactions have been made under the share buy-back programme:

Following the above transactions, Solar holds a total of 229,375 Solar B shares of nominally
DKK 100, corresponding to 2.90% of share capital and 1.43% of votes.

Buy-back of DKK 7,325,074 remains under the programme.
