AS Merko Ehitus has launched the new phase of the Paepargi development project at Lasnamäe district in Tallinn. The new phase includes two 4-storey apartment buildings, located at Paepargi 35 and 37. In total of 42 apartments will be completed in spring 2017.
New apartment buildings are located in the side of Pae Street, which is also known as Perepargi. The architect of the 4-storey apartment buildings (http://merko.ee/perepargi/ ) rated energy class B, is Erkki Ristoja. The apartments are characterized by functional floor plans and most of the apartments have a glass-enclosed balcony. Interior architect Eerik Olle has prepared five different interior finishing packages for bathrooms and three packages for living rooms. The price per square metre of the apartments in the new development phase ranges from 1,760–2,030 euros. The buildings are surrounded with safe courtyard, where the playground and parking lot are located. Easy access to the new buildings is guaranteed from Paepargi street, which was completed in 2015.
Paepargi area has been transformed into a scenic pond where Merko has developed complete living environment and sold over 250 apartments in twelve buildings. The buildings are surrounded by green living environment, health track and playgrounds, new apartments have nice views to lightened pedestrian bridge and a fountain.
