Invitation to Capital Markets Day

Husqvarna Group has the pleasure of inviting investors, financial analysts and
media to attend our Capital Markets Day on Thursday September 8, 2016 at
Husqvarna Group’s concept store in Järfälla/Stockholm, Sweden.

The purpose of the Capital Markets Day is to provide a strategy update on Group
and divisional levels. Presentations will be held by Kai Wärn, President and
CEO; Jan Ytterberg, CFO; and the Presidents of the four divisions.

The event will take place in Husqvarna Concept Store Stockholm in
Järfälla/Stockholm, Sweden.

The program will start with registration and coffee at 09:30 and end by around
15:00.
