Dubeni, Grobiņa parish, Grobiņa district, 2016-06-08 14:01 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As JSC "Grobiņa" operations in 2015 exceeds two of the Annual Accounts Law Article 24, second part mentioned criteria, on the basis of the Annual Report Law first part of Article 66. JSC "Grobiņa", no later than 31 July 2016, must submit to the State Revenue Service audited financial report of year 2015, together with the sworn auditor's report and an explanation of when the report was approved.
In view of this and the limited resources of the company, JSC "Grobiņa" Board hereby informs that the non – audited financial report of 1st quarter of year 2016, will be published until 30th of June 2016, but audited financial report of year 2015 until 31st of July 2016.
