Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS has resolved as the sole shareholder to prolong the authorities of all members of the Supervisory Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara Aktsiaselts for another 5-year term as of 20 May 2016. The members of the Supervisory Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara Aktsiaselts are Enn Kunila (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Andres Järving, Jüri Käo and Raul Puusepp.
Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara Aktsiaselts is responsible for the management, maintenance and lease of real estate owned by Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS.
