With an expanded cooperation agreement, Ramirent and Skanska Maskin, secure the availability of machines and equipment for their customers in Sweden. The agreement gives both companies the possibility to offer their customers additional products as well as products that can’t be found in their own assortments. The cooperation agreement is for five years and includes an option for prolongation. In conjunction with expanding the agreement, Ramirent also sells its stock of larger tower cranes in Sweden to Skanska Maskin.

In conjunction with expanding the rental cooperation agreement, Skanska Maskin has also acquired Ramirent’s stock of larger tower cranes in Sweden and will integrate the tower cranes into Skanska Maskin’s own fleet. The cranes will also be available for rent to Ramirent’s customers at market terms. The value of the sale of the larger tower cranes is not disclosed.
