Vadims Kolosovs, the Head of the Legal department of AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” has confirmed that there is information regarding the detention of the company’s responsible employee G. Kamkalovs. Unfortunately, currently available information is incomplete and cannot serve as a basis for any definite conclusions. In any case, AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” believes that this incident should be investigated in detail, and is ready to provide law enforcement institutions with all the necessary cooperation in relation to this matter. The Council of AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” has resolved to suspend G. Kamkalovs from duty and conduct an internal investigation.
V. Kolosovs emphasises that activities of the company have been always based on the principle of law abidance and transparency, and the company is determined to continue adhering to those principles.
