Fulfilment of the condition regarding merger control clearance etc. as part of the public offer to buy the shares in BoConcept Holding A/S
In relation to Layout Bidco A/S’ conditional voluntary public offer to the shareholders of BoConcept Holding A/S published on 7 June 2016, Layout Bidco A/S has today notified BoConcept Holding A/S that merger control clearance from the German competition authorities has been granted. Thereby, the condition presented in the offer document regarding necessary approvals and permissions from relevant authorities has been fulfilled. The notification is attached to this announcement.
