To holders of the Nordea Alternative Investment Global Private Equity Fund I-linked Instalment Notes (ISIN DK0030031240) issued on 13 June 2006.
With reference to the press release published 1 July 2015, the Issuer will distribute 80 per cent of the purchase amount of the fund’s assets sold during 2015, which corresponds to 47.40 per cent of the notional amount of the Notes outstanding, to the Noteholders as an Instalment on 30 June 2016. The distribution is classified as 100 per cent distribution of capital.
The Net Asset Value of the underlying fund, excluding the distribution of capital on 30 June 2016 is EUR 18.27 as of 31 May 2016.
