The shareholders meeting of 17.06.2016 decided to increase the share capital of AS Pro Kapital Grupp by issuing the new shares in amount of 67 784 shares with price 2,37 EUR per share.
First subscription period took place from 20.06.2016 until 22.06.2016 when 33 892 shares were offered for subscription. The right to subscribe for new shares was issued to Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi, the Member of the Management Board of the Company.
During the offering period all 33 892 shares were subscribed with total value of 80 324,04 EUR. The new amount of share capital is 10 847 566,00 EUR.
The Management Board of AS Pro Kapital Grupp decided to confirm the results of the subscription.
