C&F Financial Corporation Announces Election of New Director to C&F Bank’s Board of Directors


WEST POINT, Va., June 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- C&F Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:CFFI), the one-bank holding company for C&F Bank, announced that Beth Rilee-Kelley has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of C&F Bank (the “Board”).  Mrs. Rilee-Kelley is president and chief operating officer of The Martin Agency, an international full-service advertising agency headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. She began her advertising career in 1983 at The Martin Agency, and during her tenure, she has worked in a variety of roles from account management to working in the creative department, as well as leading the human resources group. She became a partner in 2005, assumed the role of chief operating officer in 2011, and was named president of the agency in 2016. Mrs. Rilee-Kelley currently serves as a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies’ finance committee and is Chair of the advisory board for VCU’s Robertson School of Media & Culture. In addition, she serves on the boards of The Greater West Point Family YMCA and the Virginia Film Festival. Mrs. Rilee-Kelley graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in communications.
