In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 1256 of 4 November 2015 on major shareholders, it is hereby announced that MFS Investment Management has informed TDC that their holding of shares in TDC as of 21 June 2016 is below 10 per cent of the voting rights and the share capital of TDC.
