Changes in Cramo Group management team
Cramo has appointed two new members to the Group Management Team: Mrs Petra Schedin Stergel (47), SVP Human Resources Development, and Mr Mattias Rådström (45), SVP Communications, Marketing and Investor Relations. Both Mrs Schedin Stergel and Mr Rådström come from similar positions outside the Cramo Group and will assume their position at Cramo no later than 1st October 2016.
Mrs Petra Schedin Stergel is head of the human resource function since 2006, and part of the management team at PwC Sweden. Together with a staff of 40 employees at the Human Capital function her responsibilities include general HR support to operational managers, leadership development, performance management and employer branding.
Mr Mattias Rådström is VP Global social media and PR at Electrolux, Sweden since 2011. He is, together with his team, globally responsible for social media and PR strategies and platforms, content and campaign strategies and execution, the governance structure for information and best practice sharing, social media consumer care and digital brand monitoring.
