The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority investigates Atria Danmark A/S
The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen) has opened an investigation into Atria Scandinavia's subsidiary, Atria Danmark A/S, concerning the sale of cold cuts to retail customers.
The investigation is based on a complaint that Atria Danmark A/S should have attempted to have a retail customer increase its prices. The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority has collected data in Atria Scandinavia’s premises in Horsens. Atria has nothing to hide and gave the authority full access to all documents.
Atria's view is that it has not participated in activities violating competition legislation.
