Martin Raznovich (born 1971, Master’s Degree in Management Engineering) has been appointed Group CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and a member of the Executive Management Team at Efore as of July 1, 2016. He will be based in Espoo, Finland and report to Jorma Wiitakorpi, President and CEO of Efore.
Riitta Järnstedt, current CFO will leave the company on August 19, 2016 to assume a new CFO position with another listed company. Riitta and Martin will work together during a transition period.
Martin Raznovich was Group CFO in ROAL Electronics when Efore acquired the ROAL in July 2013, and since then he has covered the roles of Industrial BU controller and recently Group Controller for Sales. His previous roles include various international leadership roles at Sirti SpA in Spain, UK, Italy, Germany and in the USA (1997-2010).
