A corresponding letter of termination has been transmitted to the German Stock Exchange. The period until the effective date of termination is six weeks and therefore will expire on 11. August 2016. It is expected that the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will stop the trade of shares of UR Holding S.p.A. immediately upon the termination period and therefore as of 11. August 2016.
