that the Munich District Court (Landgericht München), upon motion by a
member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, has issued an interlocutory
injunction toward the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Olaf Marx.
By this court decision, Dr. Olaf Marx is enjoined until further notice from
exercising the office of Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of SKW
Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG.
The membership of Dr. Marx in the Supervisory Board of the Company remains
unaffected by the injunction in question.
