Pricer increases the number of outstanding shares

In June, Pricer has decreased the number of Treasury shares with a total of
130,854 class B shares due to the fulfillment of obligations under the share
savings programs launched in 2013. As of June 30th, Pricer thus owns 935,601
class B shares. The total number of outstanding shares was 110,036,180.
