THE DANISH BUSINESS AUTHORITY HAS MADE A DECISION
As covered in the media, National Silicon Industry Group (NSIG) has objected to the registrations made or to be made as result of the decisions adopted by the extraordinary general meeting on 17 June 2016 in Cemat A/S (previously Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S).
Today the Danish Business Authority has made a decision not to find in favour of NSIG.
