New fee structure for instruments listed on NASDAQ Stockholm and NASDAQ Helsinki effective August 1, 2016 (26/16)


At NASDAQ, we aim to meet the highest standards in our fixed income markets offering, as well as provide a broad range of services at the best value for our issuers. In order to sustain and develop the optimum quality of our services offering, we have decided to adjust our fee structure on NASDAQ’s fixed income exchanges in Helsinki and Stockholm.

As of August 2016 we will add a new market segment for corporate certificates with time to maturity shorter than one year. Instruments on this market will be charged according to the new price lists.

In addition, price adjustments will take place related to corporate actions. This will include fees for changes in company name or trading code, fees for changes to terms and conditions and fees for tap issues.

Details on the new pricing scheme can be found in the attached price lists, which are also available at our website.
