Nykredit Realkredit A/S has mandated Danske Bank, Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley og Nykredit Markets to arrange a euro-denominated benchmark issue of Senior Resolution Notes (senior debt with the capacity to ab- sorb losses in resolution).
The issue will be offered on market terms and will be governed by Danish law.
