In continuation of company announcement no. 7/2016 it is hereby informed:
- that at the deadline of the subscription period on 6 July 2016, subscription requests for convertible bonds of a total of DKK 32,250,000 were received.
- that if all owners of the convertible bonds may choose to utilise the conversion right, the capital increase will be DKK 7,015,450 corresponding to 701,545 shares.
The proceeds will be used as an on-going supplement of the company's cash resources and thereby potential to utilise possible expansions and adjustments according to the strategy - this in a combination with other sources of financing.
Skiold Holding ApS, closely related to Chairman Henrik Hougaard, has subscribed for DKK 10,000,000, Anders Holger Invest ApS, closely related to CEO Anders H. Nørgaard, has subscribed for DKK 750,000, NBK Invest ApS, closely related to board member Asbjørn Børsting has subscribed for DKK 1,000,000 and board member Bent Juul Jensen has subscribed for DKK 1,500,000. Other investors have thus subscribed for DKK 19,000,000.
