Share warrant program fully subscribed

XVIVO Perfusion AB's share warrant program 2016/2018 is fully subscribed. A
total of 212,000 warrants with the right to subscribe for new shares were
issued. Each warrant has in June 2018 the right to subscribe for one new share
at a price of SEK 90.22.
The annual shareholder meeting May 3, 2016 approved the warrant program of a
maximum of 212,000 warrants to be offered to employees in XVIVO Perfusion. Upon
full exercise of the warrants, the share capital increase is around SEK 5,500
corresponding to a dilution of about 0.9 percent of the total number of shares
and votes.
