Integrity Inc. to Merge with The Willow Tree Center in Morris Plains, NJ

Two of New Jersey’s Most Prestigious Substance Abuse Organizations Join Together to Expand Reach and Services

Morris Plains, NJ, July 08, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integrity Inc., a nationally-recognized non-profit substance abuse rehabilitation organization with locations in Newark, Secaucus, Jersey City, and Toms River, and The Willow Tree Center, a prestigious and long-serving substance abuse center in Morris Plains, have announced that they are merging to form a larger and more robust organization that will provide enhanced addiction treatment and recovery services and extend its geographic footprint to cover virtually all of Northern New Jersey.

With a longstanding history of providing effective outpatient drug and alcohol abuse services as well as prevention of substance use by youth and advocacy against bullying and violence in the greater Morris County area, The Willow Tree Center officially joined Integrity’s network of treatment centers on July 1.

“The Willow Tree Center has already accomplished so much in the Morris County community and we are honored to help them to continue and enhance their legacy through this merger with Integrity,” said Robert Budsock, President and CEO of Integrity Inc. “By deepening our roots with Willow Tree, we will bring many of the most effective treatment and recovery modalities to Willow Tree’s suburban Morris Plains location, helping us to more effectively treat the changing face of the current heroin and opioid drug epidemic.”

The re-named center in Morris Plains will be wholly-owned by Integrity Inc., and will be known as The Willow Tree Center, a Program of Integrity. The center will continue to provide public and private outpatient services in the greater Morris County area, extending Integrity’s treatment programs to help to provide addiction treatment and recovery services in a suburban environment.
