Property information will auto-populate into Form Simplicity – a paperless transaction system owned by Florida Realtors®.
The long term agreement with Metro Market Trends, Inc. (MMT) also includes access to MMT’s Property Information Report which will be available in MLSAdvantage providing Florida Realtor® members with full details on sales, mortgage, lis pendens, tax assessments and building improvements.
Additionally, Florida Realtors® Industry Data & Analysis department will be using MMT property information in their research to enhance their various economic and market reports.
