Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S has planned the following dates in 2016 for annual and interim reports and the annual general meeting, etc.:
25 February 2016 Final deadline for any shareholder requests to include specific issues on the agenda for
the annual general meeting
2 March 2016 Annual report 2015 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET)
7 April 2016 Annual general meeting (Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Amager Boulevard 70,
2300 Copenhagen, Denmark at 15:00 hours CET)
4 May 2016 Interim report – first quarter 2016 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET)
17 August 2016 Interim report – second quarter and first half-year 2016 (expected to be published
before 9:00 hours CET)
9 November 2016 Interim report – third quarter 2016 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET)
