Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of July 15, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 3,747,137 shares with a transaction value of DKK 1,130.6 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 2, 2016 and initiated February 1, 2016.
