The Chairman of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp, Gunnar Kobin, will not continue after the current contract expiration from the new year as the member of the Management Board and in case of the approving decision of shareholders’ meeting will become the company’s Supervisory Board member. The Chairman of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp will become Mari-Liis Rüütsalu who is currently working as a Chairman of the Management Board of the group’s publishing company AS Ekspress Meedia and has previously managed AS Delfi. Before joining the group Mari-Liis Rüütsalu worked at the travel agency Estravel.
Gunnar Kobin has performed the duties of the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp since September 2009.
