Mr. Musacchio will be responsible for the Commercial Lending Group. This will include but is not limited to the sales production, business strategy, customer experience, supervision and people development. He will also be responsible for implementing new lending products and ensuring that we maintain a strong credit culture.

Mr. Musacchio is a career business banking professional with 15 years’ experience and a proven track record with managing successful segments of market managers, team leaders and commercial lenders. Prior to joining Sussex Bank, he spent the last 7 years at Santander Bank where most recently he was EVP, Business Banking Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he was responsible for leading and managing a staff of over 200 employees. This team was responsible for the quality execution of service delivery within business banking. This included managing the structure, staffing, policies and processes that support the business banking service model across all products and the oversight of credit underwriting operations.
