The Contract Has a Total Potential Value of $44 Million if All Options Exercised


SAN DIEGO, July 19, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider announced today that its winning team, led by Systems Technology Forum, Ltd (STF), was recently awarded a Seaport-e Delivery Order to support the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) PMW/A 170. The five-year single award Delivery Order has a total value over $44 million if all options are exercised. Kratos will provide systems engineering support services for the integration of PMW/A 170 military and commercial communications and navigation systems.
