DIRECTED ISSUE BY ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT TO PAY FOR THE COMPLETION OF 52 APARTMENTS

Orava Residential REIT plc agreed with Rakennusliike Leimarakentajat Oy on 29 May 2015 on the building of 52 apartments in Hämeenlinna. The apartments are now completed and the final payment EUR 1.17 million was concluded through a directed share issue today.

Rakennusliike Leimarakentajat Oy subscribed to a total of 157,681 new shares (OREITN0116) in the company. The subscription price of the shares is the weighted average price of the shares during the five days of stock exchange trading preceding the subscription.
