On 21 July 2016, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with SIA “Jasmīnu rezidence”, to perform the construction works of a residential complex consisting of four houses (a total of 48 apartments) located at Jasmīnu st. 10, Jurmala.
The scope of works will include construction of four three-storey residential houses, external network setup and landscaping. The whole housing territory is connected via undergroung parking. Terraces will be situated on top of every house. The project is developed by Latvian property development group, LNK Properties and the project author is the renowned Latvian architect Mr. Juris Mitenbergs.
The value of the contract is approximately 4.9 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in August 2016 and are scheduled to complete in August 2017.
