Dubeni, Grobina Parish, Grobina district, 2016-07-27 16:01 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS “Grobiņa” informs that in accordance to the decision of annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 28, 2016 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination will be performed on the fifteenth working day following the registration of the new Articles of Association of AS “Grobiņa” in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, i.e. the denomination date is set on August 8, 2016 (end of the day).
The Articles of association are registered within the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia on July 18, 2016.
