NEWARK, Del., July 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Artesian Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:ARTNA) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend on the company’s Class A and Class B Common Stock. The quarterly dividend of $0.2249 is payable August 22, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2016. This is the 95th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to shareholders.
