Akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” (hereinafter – AS “LATVIJAS TILTI”) informs that on July 25, 2016 the group of entities AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” and UAB “Borta”, a responsible partner - AS “LATVIJAS TILTI”, has concluded a Construction agreement with the Klaipeda’s State Seaport Authority about the completion of construction works of the object “Dredging of Malkų Bay down to 14,5 m, including the Installation of the Seawall – the Reconstruction of the Quay at Malkų Bay Botanical Reserve and the Part of the Coastal Protection Structure of Quay No 145 in Perkelos Str. 10, Klaipeda” (hereinafter – Agreement).
The Agreement value is 11,73 million euros, including value added tax. The part of works performed by AS “LATVIJAS TILTI” as the responsible partner amounts to 93%. The total period of the execution of works is 19 months of the start of the construction works. The remuneration for the completed works will be carried out in accordance with monthly acts of completed works.
