Silver AB has increased with 82,572,792 shares after the preferential
share issue of shares. The shares represent approximately 80 % of total
number of shares in the Company.
After registration by the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the
number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver AB has increased to
103,215,990 shares and the share capital to SEK 141,596,341.47. Quota
value is approximately SEK 1,37.
The number of outstanding warrants is 20,643,198. The Warrant gives the
right to subscribe for one (1) share at 4 SEK in August 2017.
