Dr Frank Hiller will leave the Management Board of Leoni AG on 31 December
2016 at his own request - Supervisory Board appoints new Management Board
member

Nuremberg, 29 July 2016 - The Supervisory Board of Leoni AG of Nuremberg
(ISIN DE 0005408884 / WKN 540888) today approved the departure by mutual
agreement of Management Board member Dr Frank Hiller, who has been in
charge of the Wiring Systems Division, from the Board effective 31 December
2016. The Supervisory Board also appointed a successor from within the
automotive supply industry, who will probably take the office at the
beginning of 2017. Dr Frank Hiller had notified the Supervisory Board that
he did not wish to extend his Management Board mandate with responsibility
for the Wiring Systems Division beyond his current appointment to the end
of the 2017 financial year.
