Baltika’s consolidated sales revenue from continued operations for July totalled 4,190 thousand euros, decreasing by 9% compared to the same period last year.
Baltika’s retail sales for July decreased by 13% compared to the same period last year, thereof decrease in Estonia and Latvia 13% and in Lithuania 14%. Baltika’s consolidated retail sales revenue for July was 3,610 thousand euros.
In July one new Monton franchise store was opened in Kiev Ukraine. At the end of July Baltika Group had 131 stores, among which franchise stores: 16 in Ukraine, 13 in Russia, 6 in Spain and 2 in Belarus. At the end of month there was 94 shops operated by Baltika, shops average month sales area decreased by 1% compared to the same period last year.
Wholesale increased by 32% and e-com sales increased by 8% compared to July in previous year.

Sales revenue for seven months totalled 26,513 thousand euros, decreasing 5% compared to the same period last year. Retail sales revenue from continued operations was 22,328 thousand euros (-8% yoy). At the same period the Group’s average retail sales area increased by 2%. Wholesale was 3,449 thousand euros (+12% yoy) and e-com revenue 596 thousand euros (+4% yoy).
In connection with Baltika’s reorganisation of Russian retail business and selling the company there (agreement was signed on 22 February 2016), the sales revenue of the Russian entity is presented as discontinued operation. In 2015 comparative figures sales announcement presents only the results of continuing operations.
