SHANGHAI, China and CUPERTINO, Calif., Aug. 01, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CBMG) (“CBMG” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biomedicine firm engaged in the development of effective stem cell therapies for degenerative diseases and immunotherapies for cancer, today announced that the Annual General Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016.  The meeting will be held at the Company’s office at 19925 Stevens Creek Blvd., Suite 100, Cupertino, California 95014 at 9:00 a.m. PDT.  Stockholders of record as of July 26, 2016, the record date for the meeting, are authorized and instructed to vote in the manner directed in the proxy materials.
