ChinaCache Launches Internet Exchange Center in Shanghai

CHN-IX has full coverage of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou


BEIJING, Aug. 03, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. (“ChinaCache” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:CCIH), the leading total solutions provider of Internet content and application delivery services in China, today announced the official launch of its Internet Exchange Center, or “CHN-IX”, in Shanghai, China.

With CHN-IX Beijing and CHN-IX Guangzhou launched in December 2015 and April 2016, respectively, the Company’s Internet Exchange business now covers three tier-one cities in China. In addition, ChinaCache is deploying more access points (nodes) in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai to facilitate the efficient exchange of local content and the interconnections among the centers in those three cities.
