In light of the rumors set forth in Inside Business (www.ib.dk) on 5 August 2016 regarding a potential sale of GlobalConnect A/S, we hereby confirm that GlobalConnect A/S has received a number of unsolicited indications of interest from potential investors. Zibra A/S, the majority shareholder of GlobalConnect A/S, has consequently engaged Deloitte Corporate Finance as financial advisor to evaluate strategic opportunities in this respect.
GlobalConnect A/S will inform the market as soon as possible of any developments if so required under applicable laws.
