THE HELSINKI COURT OF APPEAL OVERRULED THE DISTRICT COURT JUDGEMENT REGARDING FAIRWAY DUES.
Today, August 8, 2016, the Helsinki Court of Appeal announced its judgement in a case between Viking Line and the Finnish State regarding fairway charges levied during the years 2001–2004. The Helsinki Court of Appeal established that the claims are time-barred.
