Change in Cramo Group management team

Cramo has appointed Mr Aku Rumpunen as interim CFO in relation to Mr Martti Ala-Härkönen leaving the company. Mr Rumpunen joined Cramo in 2012 and since 2013 has worked as Senior Vice President, Group Business Control and as member of the Group management team. Mr Rumpunen assumes the CFO position immediately. Search for a new permanent CFO will be initiated immediately.

CFO Mr Martti Ala-Härkönen leaves the company

Mr Martti Ala-Härkönen, who joined Cramo Group as CFO in 2006 resigns to pursue other opportunities outside the Cramo Group.

“Martti has played a significant role in developing Cramo to the leading player we are today both in his capacity as CFO and as member of the Group management team. As we are now going into the next strategic phase, we have jointly agreed that this is a good time for a change”, says CEO Leif Gustafsson. “The search for a new CFO will be initiated immediately and during the interim period Mr Aku Rumpunen will take over as CFO to secure the continuation."
